Ordering:
In order that we make your cake to your desired specifications we
strongly suggest you contact us t via email to
Nicky@Perfectlycakeable.com .
A 30% non refundable deposit will be required to reserve your time
on our schedule for your cake. The balance is payable no later than
2 weeks prior to delivery date. Please be sure to reserve your time
as early as possible, as we can only accept a limited number of
orders per day.
Prices:
Please note that due to the time involved in making any specialty
cake, we have a $75.00 minimum order charge (except Cupcakes,
Sculpted Cakes – see below).
Our prices are based on a minimum per slice charge for basic
decoration (please see the Cake Slice Table below to estimate cake
size requirements).
Specialty Cakes/Birthday Cakes/Novelty Cakes:
Fondant covered specialty/birthday/novelty cakes start at $3.50 per
slice for basic decoration. This cost may increase and is dependant
on the complexity of the design.
Wedding Cakes:
Fondant covered wedding cakes start at $4.75 per slice for basic
decoration. This cost may increase and is dependant on the
complexity of the design.
Sculpted cakes:
3D Sculpted cakes start at $4.50 per slice and may increase with
the complexity of the design (for example The Enchanted Tree (left)
will cost $5.00 per slice and serves approximately 50 people). Please
note we have a minimum of 25 servings for sculpted cakes (in order
to provide enough cake to enable sufficient detail to be applied).

Cupcakes:
We can offer many designs and many flavors. Basic buttercream
topped Cupcakes start at $2.75 each for regular size, $3.25 for
Extra Large (Texas) and $25.00 for 24 Bitty Bites (minis).
Additional charges may apply for more complex designs and
additional toppings.
There is a minimum order of 12 cupcakes for regular and extra large
sizes.

Please use the following table to estimate the number of tiers
and/or cake sizes you will need for your event. A standard ‘slice’ is
a serving measuring approximately 2.5”x 1”x 4":
Round Tiers:
6” - 11 Slices
8” - 20 Slices
10” - 31 Slices
12” - 45 Slices
14” - 61 Slices
16” - 80 Slices
Square Tiers:
6” - 14 Slices
8” - 25 Slices
